The fifth album from Sound Intent originally intended for a release in 2015, is a collection of songs that are instrumental and vocal based.

The songs did not conform to others that were originally destined for the Life on the Line album. So, the decision was made to compile another album for these songs to be released on. The song listing changed several times as new material was added to the album in 2019. 

'Can You Hear Me?', 'Windows of Your Soul' and 'Vital Signs' were previewd and performed live in 2017. 'Memories' was especially written for Jools' mother who passed away in 2016.
